Usually starting after 32 weeks gestation
Ante-natal Sessions
3 home visits at up to 2 hrs each visit.
Birth mapping, preparation, tools and resources. Exploring positions and equipment.
Getting to understand roles and how to achieve your desired birthing outcomes.
Birth Doula Support
24/7 phone, email and SMS access from 38 weeks gestation, until 1 week after baby is born. 2 weeks either side of your guess date. (This is flexible but gives you a guideline)
Labour support at home and/or in the hospital leaving only, after the first feed or when you are settled.
Postnatal Doula Session
1 visits, at up to 2 hrs. Plus 24/7 phone support for the first week
Additional support can always be added.

We have countless clients who can attest to the individual experience and guidance that they receive. There is no one way to settle all babies, but there are ways that you can set up foundations to minimise distress within a whole family. This is the way I work. I am flexible and there are many options. This is combined with parental guidance and I work with you and your values as well as take notice of your bubs and you own love and communication languages.
Prices and Availability
Day time support From $55 per hour 9.30am - 3pm
Night time support From $65 per hour 4.00pm - 9pm
Overnight support From $550 per night 7.00pm - 7am
Weekend Stays From $1,750 Friday 6.30pm to Sunday 7pm
